    Developed a database to host acquisitions product lifecycle, mapped plans for modernization and growth, and developed procurement process and strategies. Within nine months accomplished improved contract tracking, warranty terms, and oversight resulting in 21% reduction of costs. The effort reduced risk to the Bureau's infrastructure and left funds to procure emergency and underfunded programs.   • Technical Writing

    Developed a unified strategic framework marked by several new program functions to enhance operations including developing project planning documentation, onboarding and departure procedures, and budget policy in line with the Bureau’s strategic plan. The team was consistently recognized for outstanding achievement by the customer.

  • Acquisitions Planning for an Operations Environment

    Provided operations and acquisition support for large scale contact center operation. Introduced new creative processes and strategic plan carried out for total lifecycle support across 9 different contracts covering $6.7 Billion dollars. Developed acquisitions documentation including process improvement analysis, and impact analysis. Provided value stream analysis to identify and recommend operational improvements and prepare solicitation documentation to support changes and evaluation factors that achieved optimal performance oversight.
  • Procurement Development and Training

    Developed training material and templates used to develop acquisition documentation and performance requirements to ensure contract accountability. Created the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to include intra-Bureau communication specific to achieving acquisition milestones, following Procurement Action Lead Time (PALT), developing market research, and use of enterprise schedules. Trained contract specialists on effective processes and communication technique used across the program effectively. Recognized by senior leadership for “training development, and improving the procurement process and project lifecycle.”
  • Contract and Acquisition Program Strategy

    Identified contract requirements and financial management, developed cost proposal and acquisition procedures for ongoing evaluation and performance. Researched existing and recurring contact center, ground transportation, and facility related acquisition plans, realigning subjective and objective requirements with performance metrics and evaluation. Gathered technical data used to advise and develop acquisition related requirements. Developed statements of work/performance work statements, market research, acquisition plans, requests for proposal, independent government cost estimates, and white papers to support decisions across several contracts covering over $9 Billion dollars.
